• Not to utilize automated scripts or scrapers to overload our website infrastructure.
• Not to process any files or content that contain malicious code, viruses, or illegal data.
• Not to attempt to bypass security measures or reverse engineer the server-side modules of the PDF tools.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an **"as-is" and "as-available"** basis. UtilityDock makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the results generated by any tool. You assume full responsibility for verifying critical calculation results (such as EMI loan amortization schedules or cryptographic hashes) before applying them to production systems or legal agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UtilityDock, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our browser tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
