At UtilityDock, we are committed to providing helpful online tools while maintaining the highest standard of user privacy. Because of our advanced browser-based processing, we do not collect, inspect, store, or sell any information you process using our platform.

1. Client-Side Browser Processing

Most utilities under our developer, text, image, QR, calculator, and unit converter suites work **entirely in your web browser**.

  • All algorithms run locally inside your device's memory using client-side JavaScript.
  • No files, strings, keys, or passwords you enter are sent to UtilityDock servers.
  • Once the page loads, you can safely disconnect from the internet and continue using the tools.
  • Your input data disappears completely as soon as you close or reload the browser tab.

2. Server-Dependent Processing (PDF Tools)

Some complex PDF documents require high-performance compilation engines that cannot be efficiently executed in native web browsers. In these cases:

  • Uploaded documents are sent via secure HTTPS encryption to our isolated server pipelines.
  • Files are processed temporarily to execute the conversion, split, or merge action.
  • All processed output files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers exactly 1 hour after conversion.
  • We do not review, catalog, back up, or share your document contents under any circumstances.

3. Advertisements & Analytics

To maintain UtilityDock as a free resource, we may display third-party advertisements and run minimal analytics to measure visitor stats:

  • Google AdSense: Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior website visits. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.
  • Anonymized Traffic Analytics: We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics (such as page views and browser category) to help us diagnose layout issues and plan new features.
